Sword and Sorceress XXIIII now accepting entries

(From Cynthia Sterling Market News) Marion Zimmer Bradley's Sword and Sorceress XXIIII is now accepting submissions. Editor Elizabeth Waters is interested in sword and sorcery stories featuring a strong female protagonist.

Stories may be up to 9000 words, but preference is given to shorter stories. No explicit sex, gratuitous violence or profanity. Stories may be submitted via email between April 18 and May 15, 2009. Payment for accepted stories is a five cent a word advance against royalties.
