Mountain Voices Anthology published

West Virginia is a state rich in history and culture, flavored with people who are proud, tough, and resilient. Mountain Voices is a collection of stories, essays and poems which illuminate the character of the legends, the land, and the people.

The Mountain Voices editorial board consisted of Chris Kuell, Fay Thompson,George Lies, Wilma Acree, Geoff Fuller and Lawrence McKenzie. In all, thirty-eight manuscripts are included, by twenty-four writers. Most of these contributors, like Sandy Tritt, Karin Vingle Fuller, Patsy Pittman and Ed Davis, will be recognized by their numerous publications and awards. Other writers include Ginger Hamilton Caudill, Rhonda Browning White, Suzanne Westhaver, Stan Higley, Joyce Lackey, Laurie Rendon, Neil Nicholas, Becky Conrad, Susan Bedwell, Judy Davis, Max Price, Renita Sue Loyd, Anne Johnson, and Eric Fritzius.

Mountain Voices is a diverse anthology that will appeal to many people interested in the spirit of West Virginia, and is now available from AuthorHouse for $13.98 (cheap!).
